Term & Conditions~

**The term "Seller" that used in this agreement shall mean "S Beauty House".

**The term "Buyer" shall mean the buyer or customer that place or accept the purchase of goods.

**Stocks will only sending out after full payment received.Full payment must be made upon confirmation of order.Cash in Ringgit Malaysia, Banking cheques or Money Order are acceptable herein.

**Sold item(s) are not refundable, rechangeable or replaceable.**Validity period of any reservation is 7 days.

**No sudden, termination of order or last minute cancellations for paid clothes will not be entertain and acceptable due to logistic arrangement have been made.

**Seller will not be held any responsibilities and on- sale commitments if there is any product's lost ordamage during delivery of good.

**Seller have the right either to change, amend or revise the prices without any prior notice to the buyers.

**All promotion items as showned are validated for certain period of time.**Delivery method only available via national pos laju.

**Postage fee is to be pay by buyer.@Pos laju WM - RM7 ( 1- 2 clothes ). Add RM1.50/pcs@Pos laju (S'wak) - RM9 ( 1- 2 clothes ). Add RM1.50/pcs@Pos laju (Sabah) - RM11 ( 1-2 clothes). Add RM1.50 /pcs
